I spent 20 years leading advertising agencies and managing Fortune 500 clients as an introvert performing an extroverted role. I was good at the performance. I was terrible at sustaining it.
Now I help introverts build careers that work with their wiring instead of against it.
The career advice you were given was written for extroverts. The networking scripts, the open-plan office enthusiasm, the “just put yourself out there” guidance. None of it was designed for how your brain actually works.
What We Work On
Every session is built around your specific situation. No generic frameworks. No personality type stereotypes. Just practical strategy grounded in how introvert brains actually function in professional environments.

About Keith
I led advertising agencies for over twenty years, managing Fortune 500 accounts and building teams of 50+. I did all of this as an INTJ who spent most of his career believing introversion was something to overcome rather than leverage.
At 40 I finally understood that my introversion was the source of my best work: the strategic thinking, the deep client relationships, the ability to see what others missed because I was listening while they were talking.
I built Ordinary Introvert because I wish someone had told me this at 20. The coaching is the most direct version of that mission: one conversation at a time, helping introverts stop fighting their wiring and start building on it.
